以基于ARM Cortex~(TM)-M3处理器内核的高性能微控制器LM3S8962为硬件核心,应用CAN2.0B规范以及SAE J1939协议设计了汽车数字仪表系统方案.利用CAN收发器CTM1060T和LM3S8962内部集成的CAN控制器模块,使数字仪表成为车身的一个CAN节点,实现CAN总线信号的接收和发送功能;利用步进电机驱动芯片STI6606驱动MR1107永磁步进电机实现数字仪表的指针显示功能.最后给出了CAN数据接收处理流程图,设计了CAN报文发送和接收软件.

By applying the protocols of CAN2.0B and SAE J1939, with ARM Cortex~(TM)-M3-based high-per-formance MCU LM3S8962 as hardware core, a scheme of vehicle digital instrument system is designed. The combi-nation of the CAN bus transceiver CTM1060T and the CAN controller module integrated in LM3S8962 make the ve-hicle digital instrument a node of CAN bus in the vehicle body so that the function of receiving and transmitting the signals on CAN bus is implemented. The display function of meter needle is fulfilled by the permanent magnet step-ping motor MR1107 driven by the driving chip STI6606. Finally the flow chart of CAN data receiving procedure is given and the software for CAN message transmitting and receiving is designed.
