以低沸点溶剂正庚烷作为反应介质,三辛基膦和辛胺为稳定剂,在高压釜反应器中高压临氢条件下热分解还原乙酰丙酮铁,制备单质铁纳米粒子.X射线粉末衍射数据表明产物为纯净的单质α-铁,电子衍射结果进一步证明了这一结论;透射电镜图像(TEM)显示,所得产物为平均粒径11.5nm的类球型纳米粒子;从高分辨透射电镜图像(HRTEM)观察到体心结构α-铁的超晶格,表明制备的铁纳米粒子具有较好的结晶度;利用交变梯度磁强计测定了纳米粒子的磁学性质,结果表明纳米粒子具有超顺磁性,比饱和磁化强度为121emu/g.

Pure iron nanoparticles were prepared by thermal-decomposition of Fe(acac)_3 in autoclave under high pressure hydrogen atmosphere with n-heptane as solvent and trioctylphosphine (TOP) and octylamine (OA) as stabilizer.The XRD and electron diffraction patterns demonstrated that the prepared sample was consisted of pure α-iron.The image of TEM indicated that the sample was uniform nanoparticles with an average diameter of 11.5 nm and the image of HRTEM showed the clear superlattice of bcc-Fe with perfect degree of crystallinity.The results of AGM indicated that the Fe nanocrystal was of superparamagnetism and the saturation magnetization of the product is about 121emu/g.
