本文对两种具有抗HIV-1活性的药物与RNA的相互作用进行了探讨.紫外Tm测定及CD光谱结果表明,两种药物均可与polyA@polyU相互作用,影响其构象的改变.流式细胞仪分析提示药物可不同程度地影响cos-7亚二倍体细胞含量,其中 ribavirin的作用更显著.

The aim of this study was to investigate the interaction between polymers polyA.polyU (RNA)and two general anti-viral drugs with anti-HIV-1 activities. Tm experiment showed that thc compounds had interacted with RNA,and CD spectra also observed the changes of RNA conformation induced by the compounds.Cytometric flow analysis indicated that ribavirin and DII-18-2 could decrease the percentage of hypodiploid cells,especially ribavirin.
