探求从金龟子绿僵菌中分离苦马豆素的有效方法,提高苦马豆素产量及降低苦马豆素生产成本.采用超声波处理、过滤、离心、索氏抽提、萃取、离子交换色谱、吸附柱色谱及减压升华等方法,从菌丝体中分离苦马豆素,以薄层色谱、气相色谱及熔点测定法对分离产物进行鉴定分析,气相色谱法测定金龟子绿僵菌干燥菌丝体中苦马豆素的含量.结果分离到白色针状结晶 3.15 mg,经薄层色谱、熔点测定及气相色谱鉴定分析,确定分离到的结晶为苦马豆素,提取率为 21 μg/g.气相色谱法测定金龟子绿僵菌干燥菌丝体中苦马豆素的含量为2.26 mg/g.

Swainsoine was isolated from Metarhizium anisopliae for the purpose of seeking a effective purification technique of swainsoine,reducing production cost of swainsoine and improving production of swainsoine.Swainsoine was isolated from mycelium by means of ultrasonic treatment,filtration,centrifugation, Soxhlet method,ion exchange chromatography,column chromatography and decompression sublimation. Production was identified by means of TLC,GC and MP.The swainsoine content of dry mycelium was determinated by means of gas chromatography. 3.15 mg white needle crystal was isolated at last and the white needle crystal was identified as swainsoine by means of TLC, GC and MP,the yied was 21 μg/g.The swainsoine content of dry mycelium was 2.26 mg/g.
