利用孟津县2006-2008年自动气象站风资料建立由2 min平均风速、10 min平均风速推算极大风速的拟合方程,根据方程由孟津县气象观测站1959-1982年2 min定时风速和1983-1992年2月10 min平均风速,推算出极大风速,从而建立了可用于研究使用的长时间序列的孟津县年极大风速序列值。通过分析孟津县近51 a极大风速及1983-2009年大风发现:孟津县20世纪80年代极大风速最大;年极大风速最大值为39.8 m/s,最小值为16.7 m/s,平均值为23.1 m/s,年极大风速具有突变性,与年平均风速没有明显的相关性;极大风速易出现在春季、冬季,极少出现在夏季、秋季;大风风向多为WNW和NW风,占大风的80%以上;大风多出现在白天,高发时段在午后到傍晚,14:00是出现大风最多的时次。

Using 2 min and 10 min average wind velocity data set from automatic weather stations for 2006-2008 of Mengjin county,fitting equations of extreme wind velocity is estimated.Based on the fitting equations,the 2 min regular wind velocity data of Mengjin county meteorological observation station for 1959-1982 and February 10 min mean wind velocity data from 1983 to 1992 are used to estimate extreme wind velocity.Thus,a long range extreme wind velocity sequence value of Mengjin county is established.An analysis of nearly 51 a extreme wind velocity and gale of Mengjin county for 1983-2009 shows that: the extreme wind velocity in 1980s is greatest;the yearly maximum of extreme wind velocity is 39.8 m/s,the minimum is 16.7 m/s,average value 23.1 m/s,yearly maximum of extreme wind velocity is mutant,and there is no obvious correlation between it and the annual average velocity;extreme wind velocity usually occurs in the spring,winter,rarely appears in the summer and autumn;prevailing gale directions are WNW and NW,which account for more than 80%;gale generally occurs during the day time,high occurrence time of gale is in the afternoon to the evening,and 14:00 is the one hour at which time gale most frequently occurs.
