采用正交试验、单因素试验等方法,考察了两种阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)作为抑雾剂,对盐酸酸洗除锈剂抑雾效率的影响单一及交互作用。实验结果表明,单独添加LAS和AES均能提高抑雾效率,但是LAS的作用远不及AES;LAS和AES不存在交互作用。在盐酸酸洗除锈剂配方中,添加0.5%的AES,即可以得到98.3%的抑雾效率,效果较好。

It is investigated that by using orthogonal test, the single factor experiment method, etc, the influence and inter- action of the two kinds of anionic surfactant Dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid sodium (LAS) and Polyoxyethylene (AES) is as the Sup- pression aerosol on the Fog suppression efficiency of Hydrochloric acid rust remover. The experimental results show that the interac- tion does not exist when adding LAS or AES separately. In the formulations of hydrochloric acid rust, adding 0. 5% AES can be 98.3% effective in suppressing fog, which is a very satisfactory result.
