采用正交试验、单因素试验等方法，考察了两种阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠（LAS）和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠（AES）作为抑雾剂，对盐酸酸洗除锈剂抑雾效率的影响单一及交互作用。实验结果表明，单独添加LAS和AES均能提高抑雾效率，但是LAS的作用远不及AES；LAS和AES不存在交互作用。在盐酸酸洗除锈剂配方中，添加0．5％的AES，即可以得到98．3％的抑雾效率，效果较好。

It is investigated that by using orthogonal test, the single factor experiment method, etc, the influence and inter- action of the two kinds of anionic surfactant Dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid sodium （LAS） and Polyoxyethylene （AES） is as the Sup- pression aerosol on the Fog suppression efficiency of Hydrochloric acid rust remover. The experimental results show that the interac- tion does not exist when adding LAS or AES separately. In the formulations of hydrochloric acid rust, adding 0. 5% AES can be 98.3% effective in suppressing fog, which is a very satisfactory result.
