通过对顶空进样平衡时间、温度以及色谱条件的考察,建立了对包装材料中甲苯、异丙醇、丁酮、乙酸乙酯等多种有机溶剂的顶空气相色谱检测方法。该方法可完全分离和同时检测12种溶剂,所有溶剂组分的回收率为92.0-98.2%,具有操作简单、快速、灵敏度高的特点。

In this paper,a method for the separation and determination of organic solvents such as toluene,isopropyl alcohol,butanone,ethyl acetate,et al in packaging materials is put forward through investigating the time and temptation of equilibrium of headspace sampling and chromatographic condition.This headspace sampling gas chromatography method can be used to detect 12 kinds of solvents simultaneously,and the recoveries of all solvents can range from 92.0%-98.2%.What's more,this simple and quick method has a high sensitivity.
