目的 探讨学生参与实验准备工作对于学生实践能力的影响.方法 将河南省某高校2006级部分五年制医学检验专业学生分为实验组与对照组,实验组课前跟随教师参与实验准备工作,而对照组不参加,只按常规方式上实验课,课程结束后,在同一时间内采用相同方法进行实验考核.结果 实验组在20个骨髓细胞的辨认、肠杆菌科分离及生化鉴定、肥达氏反应效价判断、质粒的提取与纯化、不规则抗体的筛选与鉴定、白细胞分类计数等6项内容的考核结果与对照组相比较,差异具有统计学意义;而回收试验实验组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义.结论 学生利用课余时间参与实验准备工作,能够增强专业学习兴趣,提高实践动手能力.

Objective To explore how students' participation in the preparing work for experiment influence their experimental ability.Methods A part of five-year college students majoring in medical laboratory in Henan province are divided into the experimental group and the control group.The students in the experimental group take part in the experiment preparation with the teacher before the course,while the students in the control group take normal experimental courses and not participating in the preparation.After courses were over,the experimental test was conducted for students from the two group in the same period of time by the same way.Results The difference in the test result between the students in the experimental group and the students in the control group had the statistical significance in the six contents,namely,the identification of twenty bone marrow cells,the isolation and biochemical identification of enterobacteriaceae,the widal titer judge,the extraction and purification of plasmid,the screening and identification of irregular antibody and the differential counting of white blood cell ; while the difference in the recycling test towards the students in the experimental group and the control group had no statistical significance.Conclusions Students who spend their extracurricular time on the participation for the experiment preparation can enhance the interest in their major and improve their practical ability.
