云南电网属于水火电资源比较均衡的电网,为水火电协调控制提供了有利的条件.针对云南电网不同时段负荷变化的特点,将水火电机组自动发电控制(AGC)按调节特性划分为多个组,每组机组在不同时段下采取不同的控制模式,有效地实现了云南电网水火电AGC机组之间的协调优化控制.试运行结果表明,该控制策略能较好地适应云南电网的特点,提高了AGC性能.

Yunnan power grid is with balanced hydropower and thermal power sources,which has brought a favorable opportunity for online hydro-thermal coordinated control.According to characteristics of the load of Yunnan power grid,the hydro-thermal AGC units are divided into different groups by the regulation characteristics,and each group adopts different control mode at different time zone,which optimizes hydro-thermal coordination scheduling of AGC units effectively.Test run result shows that the strategy can adapt the characteristics of Yunnan power grid to improve the control performance of AGC.
