2008年以来,我国北方大部分地区发生严重干旱,监测精度的高低直接影响着防旱、抗旱工作的开展.由于目前我国还没有一套完善的干旱监测方法,使得干旱监测的精度问题一直存在.针对全国复杂地形,对其不同气候区的干旱情况应用不同的监测方法进行可行性分析,提出了一些新的理论和方法,一定程度上提高了监测精度,形成了一个较为完备的干旱监测体系.
2008年以來,我國北方大部分地區髮生嚴重榦旱,鑑測精度的高低直接影響著防旱、抗旱工作的開展.由于目前我國還沒有一套完善的榦旱鑑測方法,使得榦旱鑑測的精度問題一直存在.針對全國複雜地形,對其不同氣候區的榦旱情況應用不同的鑑測方法進行可行性分析,提齣瞭一些新的理論和方法,一定程度上提高瞭鑑測精度,形成瞭一箇較為完備的榦旱鑑測體繫.

Since 2008, most areas of northern China have experienced serious drought, and the level of monitoring accuracy has a direct impact on development of drought control and drought resistance work. The problem of monitoring accuracy has always been existed for our country does not have a set of complete monitor method presently. Aiming at the complex terrain, drought monitoring in different climatic zones should adopt different monitoring methods to conduct a feasibility analysis. Some new theories and methods were put up,which improve the accuracy of the monitoring to some extent and form a more complete drought monitoring system.
