Aiming at technical characteristics of routine missile electromechanical fuze, and according to research of electromechanical fuze test method, estabilish an evaluating medel and put forward a method for electromechanical fuze reliability growth test. First, ensure its reliability index, and then through choose model, draw an analytic method/ statistic analytic method to establish reliability growth model. After ambient stress screening, synthesis ambient stress, experiment fault analysis and deal, experiment evaluation finds suitable reliability growth experience of electromechanical fuze, and accordingly improvs electromechanical fuze's reliabilities.
