采用阳离子交换色谱-直接电导法测定部分常见氨基酸和无机阳离子,以酒石酸和吡啶二羧酸溶液为淋洗液,利用阳离子色谱系统等度洗脱,通过对色谱分析条件的优化,无需衍生化即可同时测定谷氨酸、丙氨酸、甲硫氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸及Na~+,NH_4~+,K~+,Ca~(2+)和Mg~(2+).选择12 min内出峰的5种氨基酸和3种无机阳离子进行定量分析,结果表明,其相对标准偏差RSD_(n=5)≤4.690%,标准曲线的线性相关系数不低于0.9984,检出限在0.27~10.34 mg/L之间.以建立的方法测定味精等电母液中的氨基酸,结果显示,氨基酸的回收率为88.7%~107.2%.
採用暘離子交換色譜-直接電導法測定部分常見氨基痠和無機暘離子,以酒石痠和吡啶二羧痠溶液為淋洗液,利用暘離子色譜繫統等度洗脫,通過對色譜分析條件的優化,無需衍生化即可同時測定穀氨痠、丙氨痠、甲硫氨痠、亮氨痠、苯丙氨痠、賴氨痠及Na~+,NH_4~+,K~+,Ca~(2+)和Mg~(2+).選擇12 min內齣峰的5種氨基痠和3種無機暘離子進行定量分析,結果錶明,其相對標準偏差RSD_(n=5)≤4.690%,標準麯線的線性相關繫數不低于0.9984,檢齣限在0.27~10.34 mg/L之間.以建立的方法測定味精等電母液中的氨基痠,結果顯示,氨基痠的迴收率為88.7%~107.2%.

A simple, rapid and accurate method for simultaneous determination of six amino acids (glutamic acid, alanine, methionine, leucine, phenylalanine and lysine) and five inorganic cations (Na~+, NH_4~+, K~+, Ca~(2+) and Mg~(2+)) was developed. The quantitative determination of these ions was accomplished by ion chromatography with direct conductivity detection based on their ionization in acidic medium without chemical suppression and derivatization. In a single chromatographic run, the five amino acids (glutamic acid, alanine, methionine, leucine and phenylalanine) and three inorganic cations (Na~+, NH_4~+ and K~+) were separated and determined within 12 min. The relative standard deviation (RSD, n=5) was less than 4.690%. The detection limits calculated were in the range from 0.27 to 10.34 mg/L. All the correlation coefficients (R~2) of these ions were not less than 0.9984. The recovery rates of some amino acids in isoelectric supernant of monosodium glutamate were in the range from 88.7% to 107.2%.
