微机电安全系统是实现引信小型化的关键技术之一.阐述了一种基于微机电技术的安全系统构造与作用原理,并选取安全系统的典型机构进行方案设计、仿真和分析,对微机电安全系统的设计流程和设计方法进行初步探索.仿真结果表明,阻尼延迟后坐保险机构可以区分勤务处理和发射时的环境,提高引信的安全性.

MEMS S&AD is one of the key techniques of fuse's miniaturization.The structure and action-principle of MEMS S&AD for small-caliber grenade was expatiated,the typical framework was designed and simulated,the simulation result was analyzed,the design flow and method of safe and arm device based MEMS technology was explored.The study indicates that the damping delay setback arming device can distinguish the difference of circumstance of handing and propelling and improve the safety of fuze.
