为提高壳聚糖的水溶性,并增强其与纤维之间的结合力,采用壳聚糖与2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵反应,合成了水溶性的2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(壳聚糖季铵盐),再将壳聚糖季铵盐与N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺进一步反应,合成了带有纤维反应性基团的水溶性O-甲基丙烯酰胺壳聚糖季铵盐(反应性壳聚糖季铵盐),用傅里叶红外光谱表征了所合成的壳聚糖季铵盐、反应性壳聚糖季铵盐和处理前后柞蚕丝的结构,研究了经反应性壳聚糖季铵盐整理后柞丝绸的抗菌性能.结果表明:经整理的柞丝绸洗涤20次后,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率均高于90%.
為提高殼聚糖的水溶性,併增彊其與纖維之間的結閤力,採用殼聚糖與2,3-環氧丙基三甲基氯化銨反應,閤成瞭水溶性的2-羥丙基三甲基氯化銨殼聚糖(殼聚糖季銨鹽),再將殼聚糖季銨鹽與N-羥甲基丙烯酰胺進一步反應,閤成瞭帶有纖維反應性基糰的水溶性O-甲基丙烯酰胺殼聚糖季銨鹽(反應性殼聚糖季銨鹽),用傅裏葉紅外光譜錶徵瞭所閤成的殼聚糖季銨鹽、反應性殼聚糖季銨鹽和處理前後柞蠶絲的結構,研究瞭經反應性殼聚糖季銨鹽整理後柞絲綢的抗菌性能.結果錶明:經整理的柞絲綢洗滌20次後,對金黃色葡萄毬菌和大腸桿菌的抑菌率均高于90%.

2-hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chlorid chitosan(quaternary ammonium salt of ehitosan)water solubility of chitosan and enhance the bonding between chitosan and fibers.The quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan was then reacted with N-(hydroxymethyl)-acrylamide,and the O-methyl acrylamide quaternary ammonium salt of ehitosan(reactive quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan)with reactive bonds and solubility was synthesized.FTIR was used to characterize the structure of the quaternary ammonium salt of ehitosan,the reactive quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan and tussah silk before and after finishing.The antibacterial activity of tussah silk fabric treated with the reactive quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan was also studied.The results indicated that the bacterial reduction against S.aureus and E.coli of the finished tussah silk fabric was more than 90%even after 20 launderings.
