表皮生长因子受体抑制剂在临床治疗肿瘤方面获得良效,但此类药物也常伴有皮肤相关的毒性反应,如痤疮样药疹、皮肤干燥、皲裂、毛细血管扩张、色素沉着、毛发改变、甲沟炎等.积极治疗皮疹,选择适当的药物,将对患者继续接受抗肿瘤治疗有重要意义.为此,概述近年来有关表皮生长因子受体抑制剂导致的皮肤毒性反应的临床表现及治疗现状,以进一步探讨治疗新策略.

Epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors (EGFRIs) have shown a satisfactory efficacy in the clinical treatment of tumors. However, cutaneous side effects are often observed during the treatment with EGFRIs, such as acneiform eruption, xerosis, fissures, telangiectasia, hyperpigmentation, hair changes,paronychia, etc. To actively deal with these adverse reactions will improve the compliance of patients during the treatment with EGFRIs. The authors describe clinical manifestations and management of cutaneous side effects associated with EGFRIs, which may facilitate the exploration of new approaches to their management.
