目的探讨脉血康胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛的临床治疗效果及安全性.方法将不稳定型心绞痛患者60例完全随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例.对照组给予单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片(40 mg,1次/d,口服)和拜阿司匹林片(100 mg,1次/d,口服)治疗；观察组在此基础上加服脉血康胶囊(0.75g/次,3次/d,口服),疗程均为1个月.观察2组治疗后心绞痛发作情况、心电图变化和不良反应发生情况.结果疗程结束后,观察组显效12例,有效16例,无效2例,总有效率93.3％( 28/30)；对照组显效9例,有效15例,无效6例,总有效率80.0％ (24/30),2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组心电图改善总有效率明显高于对照组[83.3％ (25/30)比66.7％( 20/30),P＜0.05].治疗后2组安全性比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论脉血康胶囊联合常规西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效优于单纯常规西药,安全性好.
목적 탐토맥혈강효낭대불은정형심교통적림상치료효과급안전성.방법 장불은정형심교통환자60례완전수궤분위관찰조화대조조,각30례.대조조급여단초산이산리지완석편(40 mg,1차/d,구복)화배아사필림편(100 mg,1차/d,구복)치료；관찰조재차기출상가복맥혈강효낭(0.75g/차,3차/d,구복),료정균위1개월.관찰2조치료후심교통발작정황、심전도변화화불량반응발생정황.결과 료정결속후,관찰조현효12례,유효16례,무효2례,총유효솔93.3％( 28/30)；대조조현효9례,유효15례,무효6례,총유효솔80.0％ (24/30),2조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).관찰조심전도개선총유효솔명현고우대조조[83.3％ (25/30)비66.7％( 20/30),P＜0.05].치료후2조안전성비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05).결론 맥혈강효낭연합상규서약치료불은정형심교통적료효우우단순상규서약,안전성호.
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of maixuekang capsule for unstable angina.Methods A total of 60 cases of unstable angina patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:the control group and the observation group.Patients in control group were treated with isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets and aspirin enteric-coated tablets;patients in observation group were treated with maixuekang capsule based on the treatment of the control group. The angina attack,electrocardiogram and safety of two groups before and after treatment were recorded.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.3％ (28/30),while in the control group the rate was 80.0％ (24/30 )and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05 ).The effective rate of electro cardiogram improvement in observation group was higher than that in control group [83.3％(25/30)vs 66.7％ (20/30),P＜0.05].After treatment,the security in two groups had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusion Maixuekang capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of unstable angina is safe and effective.
