迄今为止VO2一共有6种晶型,包括VO2(A),MO2(B),MO2(C),VO2(M)和VO2(R)等.尽管目前发展了众多不同的技术方法制备VO2薄膜,但是很少有制备VO2超细粉末的简便方法.本文结合作者的研究工作,综述了二氧化钒粉末的合成技术,如:传统的固相方法、热解法、软化学方法、水热法、溶胶-凝胶法和激光诱导气相沉积法等,比较了各种技术的优缺点并提出了将来有关合成技术可能的研究方向.

Up to now, there are six phases of VO2 known; including VO2 (A), VO2 (B), VO2(C), VO2(M),VO2(R) and so on.Although various technologies have been developed for producing VO2 films, few convenient ones have been found for making VO2 powders. Combined our researches, the synthetic technologies of vanadium dioxide powder (traditional routes,pyrogenation, soft-chemical method, hydro-thermal synthesis, sol-gel and laser-insured vapor-phase aggradation, etc.) and the advantages & disadvantages of these methods are reviewed, and the directions on synthesis to research in the near future are prospected in this article.
