通过有限元仿真计算,对某型号惯性导航系统内减振器在开放和密封环境下的导热性能进行了分析.针对导热不良的仿真结论,设计了一种铜导热带,完成了该导热带的导热性能仿真,得到了量化结果,为改善系统散热条件、降低温度对惯性导航系统精度的影响,进行了有益的探索,具有较高的实用价值.

The research work in this paper focuses on a certain type of isolator which is widely used in some newly emerged inertial navigation system(INS).Under the help of thermodynamics finite element analysis(FEA),the heat-transfer performances of the isolator within both open and airtight working environment are obtained.Due to the unsatisfying result,a thermal conduction module(TCM)made by copper is designed.And the quantization result is accomplished accurately.The experiments and the proposed method have important sense in improving the heat-transfer condition and the system precision caused by the influence of temperature.
