为了提高油库自动化管理水平,采用LonWorks现场总线技术和现有以太网结合,构建油库自动化控制与信息化管理一体化系统.介绍了基于LonWorks 现场总线的油罐测量和管理系统,包括系统网络结构、油罐测量原理、现场总线网络控制节点硬件和软件设计及监控服务器的功能实现.而且在网络控制节点中集成了多种储罐仪表通讯协议,使系统兼容性加强.与传统DCS测控系统相比,该系统具有可靠性高、实时性好、测量精度高、控制性能好、成本低、易于扩展等特点.

To improve automatic management level of oil storage,automatic control and information management system were built based on LonWorks fieldbus and internet technology.Oil tank measurement and management system was designed,which included system network structure,oil tank measurement principle,hardware and software design of fieldbus network control nodes,monitoring server.Instrument protocols were integrated to network control nodes,which ensured good compatibility.Compared with the system based on DCS,it has better reliability,real-time characteristics,measurement precision and control performance,and is easy to be expanded.
