试验以5个大白菜高代自交系作亲本,按Griffing Ⅱ完全双列杂交遗传设计配制15个杂交组合,在2个施氮水平下(300 kg·hm~(-2)和不施氮),进行大白菜硝酸盐含量配合力和遗传力分析.结果表明,大白菜硝酸盐含量的一般配合力方差占主导地位;加性效应和非加性效应对大白菜硝酸盐含量都有重要作用,但以加性效应为主,广义遗传力较高,狭义遗传力中等.
試驗以5箇大白菜高代自交繫作親本,按Griffing Ⅱ完全雙列雜交遺傳設計配製15箇雜交組閤,在2箇施氮水平下(300 kg·hm~(-2)和不施氮),進行大白菜硝痠鹽含量配閤力和遺傳力分析.結果錶明,大白菜硝痠鹽含量的一般配閤力方差佔主導地位;加性效應和非加性效應對大白菜硝痠鹽含量都有重要作用,但以加性效應為主,廣義遺傳力較高,狹義遺傳力中等.
시험이5개대백채고대자교계작친본,안Griffing Ⅱ완전쌍렬잡교유전설계배제15개잡교조합,재2개시담수평하(300 kg·hm~(-2)화불시담),진행대백채초산염함량배합력화유전력분석.결과표명,대백채초산염함량적일반배합력방차점주도지위;가성효응화비가성효응대대백채초산염함량도유중요작용,단이가성효응위주,엄의유전력교고,협의유전력중등.
Total five inbred lines with different nitrogen using efficiency(NUE)in Chinese cabbage were selected as the experimental samples.Total 10 hybdd combinations were designed according to Griffing Ⅱ principle.The combining ability and heritability were analyzed with 10 hybrid combinations and 5 inbred lines under the high N(300 kg·hm~(-2))and the low N(no N).The results showed that the variance of general combining ability was predominant;both additive variation and non-additive variation were significant in the nitrate content at two N levels,the additive effect played more important roles;the broad-sense heritability was high and the narrow-sense heritability was middle.
