目前曲柄压力机调速系统存在调速范围窄、低速故障、微调死机等问题.在分析调速故障原理的基础上,找出了问题存在的原因,提出了解决问题的方法及改进措施.针对开关磁阻压力机调速系统,制定了以最高速度和工作能量为设计基准的改进方案,建立了传动系统的设计计算公式,并进行了实例验证.结果表明,新型开关磁阻调速压力机具有调速范围宽、高速和低速运行可靠等优势,市场前景更广大.

The variable speed systems now used in crank presses have problems such as narrow in variable speed, fault in low speed and failure in tiny adjustment and so on. On the analysis of variable speed principle for the failure, the reason was found out in the existing problems. The method and the improvement measures to solve the problems were proposed. In view of switched reluctance variable speed system, the improvement solutions made by taking the maximum speed and the work energy as the design reference were promoted, the design formula of transmission system was set up and the example confirmation was put up. The results indicate that new variable speed presses driven by switch reluctance motor have obvious advantages like wide in variable speed, reliable in high and low speed. The market prospect is bigger and more general.
