通过对黄土高原地区水土保持措施利用径流量的宏观分析,结果表明,在水土保持治理较高水平下,水土保持径流利用率最大为63%,最大利用径流量约40×10~8~50×10~8 m~3.研究指出,水土保持措施利用径流量问题,涉及降水、下垫面、治理程度、措施构成、土壤水运动、水的回归等许多动态因素,相互作用情况十分复杂,如遇暴雨,水土保持利用径流量将会减小.建议对这一问题进行长期持续研究.

Through the macroscopic analysis for runoff usble amount by soil and water conservation measures in loess plateau, the results showed that: Under a high level of soil and water conservation measures, the runoff usable rate can be reached up to 63%, the maximal runoff use amount is about 4~5 billion m~3. The research pointd out that runoff usble amount by soil and water conservation measures was related to many dynamic factors, such as precipitation, ground surface condition, governmental degree, measures makeup, transportation of soil water, return water and so on. The reciprocity of these factors was very intricate. In case of a rainstorm, runoff usble amount by soil and water conservation measures will be reduced. So we suggested this issue should be studied continually for a long time.
