通过对齐齐哈尔市部分乡镇（村）农村体育发展现状进行调查，查找齐齐哈尔市农村体育发展中存在的问题，针对这些问题提出相应的建议，目的为黑龙江省新农村建设中农村体育的发展提供借鉴与参考。

As one of the most important city in Heilongjiang province, Qiqihaer rural sports development has play an im- portant role in the whole province＇s rural sports. A field survey on the sports development in some countrysides of Qiqihaer is carried out. The paper summarized the rural sports existing problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
