目的 观察硝酸羟胺对家兔皮肤及眼睛的刺激作用. 方法 健康家兔30只.采用硝酸羟胺直接涂抹皮肤,分为急性皮肤刺激(310 mg/kg)和慢性皮肤刺激(0.74 mg/kg、5.85 mg/kg和62 mg/kg 3个剂量组),分别观察涂抹部位皮肤反应.一定剂量硝酸羟胺滴入动物一侧眼睛,分为30 s后温水冲洗组和不冲洗组,观察动物角膜、虹膜和结膜损伤情况及球结膜水肿情况. 结果 皮肤直接涂抹后给药区域出现红斑、水肿,慢性刺激62 mg/kg剂量组全身症状较严重,第3次给药后80%动物死亡.眼内滴入硝酸羟胺后1h动物开始出现结膜充血、球结膜水肿,部分动物同时伴有角膜混浊、虹膜变暗及褶皱加深等表现. 结论 硝酸羟胺对家兔皮肤具有中等刺激性,并可通过皮肤引起全身中毒症状,反复较大剂量给药可致动物死亡;对家兔眼睛局部具有轻度刺激性.
目的 觀察硝痠羥胺對傢兔皮膚及眼睛的刺激作用. 方法 健康傢兔30隻.採用硝痠羥胺直接塗抹皮膚,分為急性皮膚刺激(310 mg/kg)和慢性皮膚刺激(0.74 mg/kg、5.85 mg/kg和62 mg/kg 3箇劑量組),分彆觀察塗抹部位皮膚反應.一定劑量硝痠羥胺滴入動物一側眼睛,分為30 s後溫水遲洗組和不遲洗組,觀察動物角膜、虹膜和結膜損傷情況及毬結膜水腫情況. 結果 皮膚直接塗抹後給藥區域齣現紅斑、水腫,慢性刺激62 mg/kg劑量組全身癥狀較嚴重,第3次給藥後80%動物死亡.眼內滴入硝痠羥胺後1h動物開始齣現結膜充血、毬結膜水腫,部分動物同時伴有角膜混濁、虹膜變暗及褶皺加深等錶現. 結論 硝痠羥胺對傢兔皮膚具有中等刺激性,併可通過皮膚引起全身中毒癥狀,反複較大劑量給藥可緻動物死亡;對傢兔眼睛跼部具有輕度刺激性.
목적 관찰초산간알대가토피부급안정적자격작용. 방법 건강가토30지.채용초산간알직접도말피부,분위급성피부자격(310 mg/kg)화만성피부자격(0.74 mg/kg、5.85 mg/kg화62 mg/kg 3개제량조),분별관찰도말부위피부반응.일정제량초산간알적입동물일측안정,분위30 s후온수충세조화불충세조,관찰동물각막、홍막화결막손상정황급구결막수종정황. 결과 피부직접도말후급약구역출현홍반、수종,만성자격62 mg/kg제량조전신증상교엄중,제3차급약후80%동물사망.안내적입초산간알후1h동물개시출현결막충혈、구결막수종,부분동물동시반유각막혼탁、홍막변암급습추가심등표현. 결론 초산간알대가토피부구유중등자격성,병가통과피부인기전신중독증상,반복교대제량급약가치동물사망;대가토안정국부구유경도자격성.
Objective To study the effects of hydroxylamine nitrite (HAN) on the dermal and ocular irritation to rabbit. Methods The experiment of dermal irritation consisted of acute and chronic stimulus. HAN was directly daubed on the topical skin of rabbit. The dose of acute group was administered by 310 mg/kg compared to the chronic group with different doses by 0. 74, 5.85 and 62 mg/kg respectively. The dermal irritation effect was recorded. For ocular effect study certain dose of HAN was dropped in one eye of rabbit that was grouped either as none-wash or wash, in which HAN was washed out when it was administered for 30 s. The irritations of cornea, iris, conjunctiva and chemosis were recorded. Results Directly daubing HAN produced such skin reactions as developed erythema and edema in all test groups and especially administering by 62 mg/kg resulted in systemic toxicosis and caused 80% rabbits dead as such does was applied for three times. One hour after HAN dropping, conjunctival congestion and ehemosis were observed and some rabbits appeared the symptoms of cloudiness of cornea, iris obscured and markedly deepened rugae. Conclusions HAN could induce not only medium dermal stimulus but also the systemic toxieosis on rabbit.Repeatedly administering HAN could cause rabbit dead. But it brings slight stimulus to rabbit's eye.
