目的:建立一种Vc二步发酵高效伴生菌的快速初筛方法.方法:通过测定JOD_(650),以伴生菌进入对数期的早晚和对数期持续长短为判断菌株伴生潜力的依据.结果:10h前进入对数期,对数期持续时间约12h的菌株具有高效的促进小菌生长和发酵产古龙酸的潜力.概率为71%.结论:以伴生菌进入对数期的早晚和对数期持续长短为判断依据的新的菌株快速初筛方法,简便、高效,利于大规模初筛应用.

Objective: A new preliminary screening method of associated bacteria in two-stage fermentation of vitamin C was established in this article.Method: the judgment basis was, by determining OD_(630) of bacteria, that the time when bacteria entered into log phase and how long the log phase sustained.Result: The screened bacteria whose log phase entered in 10 hours and sustained for 12 hours had a potential to promote the growth of Gluconobacter oxydans, and improve its ability to product L-gulonic acid. the probability was 71 percent. Conclusion: The new preliminary screening method, on the basis of time when bacteria entered into log phase and how long the log phase sustained, was proved effective and easy to operate.
