针对兖州市污水处理厂改扩建工程存在的出水水质标准提高、工程规模扩大以及工程可利用面积受限等问题,对污水厂原AB工艺进行了改造:超越原有A段曝气池,将中间沉淀池改造为初沉池;将原B段曝气池改造为A~2/O工艺的好氧段,并新建厌、缺氧池,使之成为A~2/O工艺.在对原B段曝气池的改造中,采用投加生物填料的HYBAS~(TM)工艺(填充率为41.7%).工程完成后一年的出水水质监测结果表明,出水N、P能够稳定达到<城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准>(GB 18918-2002)的一级B标准.
針對兗州市汙水處理廠改擴建工程存在的齣水水質標準提高、工程規模擴大以及工程可利用麵積受限等問題,對汙水廠原AB工藝進行瞭改造:超越原有A段曝氣池,將中間沉澱池改造為初沉池;將原B段曝氣池改造為A~2/O工藝的好氧段,併新建厭、缺氧池,使之成為A~2/O工藝.在對原B段曝氣池的改造中,採用投加生物填料的HYBAS~(TM)工藝(填充率為41.7%).工程完成後一年的齣水水質鑑測結果錶明,齣水N、P能夠穩定達到<城鎮汙水處理廠汙染物排放標準>(GB 18918-2002)的一級B標準.

The improvement of effluent quality, the extension of project scale and the limitation of available area can be regarded as the main problems of the reconstruction and extension project of Yanzhou Wastewater Treatment Plant. To solve the above problems, the original AB process of the plant was reconstructed. The A-stage in the original AB process was surpassed, the sedimentation tank was re-constructed to primary settling tank, and the B-stage was reconstructed to aerobic stage of A~2/O process. New anaerobic tank and anoxic tank were also constructed, so an A~2/O process was formed. In the re-construction of the original B-stage, HYBAS~(TM) process added with 41.7% of biological media was em-ployed. After the reconstruction and extension project was finished, the effluent quality was monitored for one year. The results indicate that the concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus in the effluent can meet the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treat-ment Plant (GB 18918 -2002).
