从CPU芯片热量产生机理出发,对片上温度场形成过程及特点、温度测量手段及测量值差异做了试验、仿真和分析。指出针对CPU动态热管理技术,应该选取CPU的核温度测量数据和使用率值并进行合适的数据预处理及采用改进的控制算法。

From the mechanism of heat generation in CPU chip, the forming process of temperature field in chip and its characteristics, several measuring techniques and differences between their temperature data were tested, simulated and discussed. The paper suggests that CPU usage rate values should be preprocessed and applied in CPU dynamic thermal management based on the CPU core temperature sequence, and the control algorithm should be improved.
