In recennt years,sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB) is becoming the focus issue in gastric cancer, it will improve the advacement of individual lymphadenectomy in gastric cancer. Studies have proved that SLNB has its special value in determination of the scale of lymphadenectomy for gastric cancer,and has its great prospect in gastric cancer surgery.
