目的探讨腹膜后胃肠外间质瘤(extral - gastrointestinal stromal tumors,EGISTs)的诊治及预后.方法回顾分析1例腹膜后胃肠外间质瘤患者的临床资料.结果患者系73岁男性,因全身乏力3个月伴右侧腰部胀痛1个月入院,行右侧腹膜后肿块探查术,术后病检回报证实肿块性质为胃肠外间质瘤.结论胃肠外间质瘤临床罕见,需结合临床表现、彩超、CT、病理学特征和免疫组化相结合确诊.治疗上仍以手术切除治疗为主,辅以分子靶向治疗药物格列卫(甲磺酸伊玛替尼,STI - 571)治疗.

Objectives To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of extral - gastrointestinal stromal tumors.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 1 case of extral - gastrointestinal stromal tumor,and reviewed the relevant literature.Results The patient,male,68 years old.The main clinical features were lack of power three months with the right the waist pain a month.The right retroperitoneal tumors exploration operation was performed,and pathologic examination was extral - gastrointestinal stromal tumor (EGIST).Conclusions Extral - gastrointestinal stromal tumor(EGIST) is a rare disease which can be diagnosed according to its clinical manifestations,color ultrasonic inspection,CT,Pathological examination and Immunohistochemistry analysis.Surgery combination of molecular target drug Glivec ( Imatinib Mesylate,STI - 571 ) is the mainly therapy.
