目的 了解综合医院血透护士健康价值(Health-Value,HV)水平,探讨其人口学特征对HV的影响.方法 采用健康价值量表(Health-Value Scale,HVS)和一般资料调查表,运用方便抽样的方法,对综合医院102例血透护士进行问卷调查.结果 该护士群体的HV平均得分为(6.1±1.8)分,高、中、低水平分别占12.8%,52.0%,35.2%;婚姻、年龄、文化程度、工龄、任职年限、职称是影响HV的因素,不同人口学特征的HV有显著性差异(P<0.001).结论 综合医院血透护士HV水平有待提高.临床管理中应加强对不同人口学特征血透护士的健康教育,提升其HV水平,以增进其健康生活理念和身心健康.

Objective To know about the health valuelevel from general hospital hemodialysis murse group,and discuss an impact of demography characteristic on healthy value.Methods Health-Value questionnaire and general information Scale were used. The questionnaire survey was conducted among 102 cases of the general hospital hemodialysis nurses by sampling expediently.Results The mean score of nurses value in HV was (6.1 ±.8).High,medium and low levels accounted for 12. 8%%,52.0%,35.2%.Marriage,age,education level,seniority,job factors affected the health value,and the health value of different demographic characteristics had significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusions The healthvalue of general hospital hemodialysis nurse group should be improved.Health education for bemodialysis nursol with different demographic characteristics should be strengthened to improve healthy living ideas and physical and mental health in clinical management.
