目的探讨中成药青黛、七厘散序贯及生姜、茶油外敷治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮的疗效及可行性.方法将25例患者42处Ⅲ、Ⅳ期褥疮采用随机配对原则分为两组.研究组采用青黛、七厘散暴露,生姜、茶油外敷,对照组采用碘伏涂抹和氟哌酸、喉风散粉喷洒.比较治疗前及治疗后压疮的疗效情况.结果治疗后7～15 d对比褥疮面积、深度缩小效果明显优于对照组,两者之间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论青黛、七厘散序贯及生姜、茶油外敷治疗压疮疗效显著,材料来源方便、经济,值得推广.

Objective To study Chinese medicine Qingdai,Qi lisan and Ginger,the tea oil to treat the curative effect and possibility of Ⅲ、Ⅳ period bedsore.Methods 42 divisionⅢ、Ⅳ period bedsore in 25 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly.Study group was exposed by using Qingdai,Qilisan,spreadod by Ginger,Tea oil,Control group was besmear by Iodophors,asperse by nodloxacin and Houfengsan,and compared the curative effect.Results the bedsore area,depth diminution effect were better than those in control group,the difference is statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect in study group was better than that in control group obviously.The material resource convenience,encomical,was worth to spread.
