为了提高干燥后梗丝的综合质量和利用率,通过加工过程参数的优化,在卷制过程中减小烟支的目标重量,降低烟叶消耗。试验结果表明,通过加工过程参数的优化生产出来的梗丝,经掺配后(掺配比例38%)短支烟在相同目标重量的情况下,提高吸阻(在控制吸阻的情况下,减小目标重量),从而降低烟叶消耗。
為瞭提高榦燥後梗絲的綜閤質量和利用率,通過加工過程參數的優化,在捲製過程中減小煙支的目標重量,降低煙葉消耗。試驗結果錶明,通過加工過程參數的優化生產齣來的梗絲,經摻配後(摻配比例38%)短支煙在相同目標重量的情況下,提高吸阻(在控製吸阻的情況下,減小目標重量),從而降低煙葉消耗。

Through the optimization of cut tobacco processing data, increasing cut tobacco overall quality and availability will reduce cigarette target weight and tobacco consumption. The experimental result show that after the blending of cut tobacco which is produced using the optimization of cut tobacco processing data, the pressure drop of the cigarette rod will be increased, which means the target weight will be reduced if the pressure drop remains the same and the tobacco consumption will be reduced too.
