战储备件品种的确定影响因素众多。根据战储航材备件的特点,考虑建模过程的系统全面性、简明科学性、相对独立性及灵活可操作性,选取合理的评价指标,建立了备件品种确定的两层综合评价体系,运用层次分析法确定了评价指标的权重矩阵,采用模糊综合评判方法建立了备件品种的评判分级模型。运用该模型对战储航材备件配置效果进行评判,通过平时的周转备件配置效果及专家经验可以知道,使用该方法的评判结果对战储备件品种确定具有较高的可信度。

Wariety of spare parts for war reserve had been inflenced by many factor. Based on the characteristics of spare parts for war reserve, considering the systematicness and comprehensiveness, conciseness and scientificity, independence and operability, a reasonable evaluation index system has been set up. Weight matrix of evaluation index has been has been established by using AHP and the evsluation configuration model for spare parts has been established by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This model has been applied to the evaluation configuration of spare parts for war reserve, and the results are reasonable and confirm to reality.
