采用《水和废水监测分析方法》(第四版增补版)推荐的亚甲蓝分光光度法测定水中阴离子表面活性剂,优化了试验条件,标准样品测定的相对误差为0.5%,优于方法推荐的2.0%;标准溶液测定的相对标准偏差为2.1%~.2:2%,优于方法推荐的2.3%;加标回收率在100%~101%。
採用《水和廢水鑑測分析方法》(第四版增補版)推薦的亞甲藍分光光度法測定水中陰離子錶麵活性劑,優化瞭試驗條件,標準樣品測定的相對誤差為0.5%,優于方法推薦的2.0%;標準溶液測定的相對標準偏差為2.1%~.2:2%,優于方法推薦的2.3%;加標迴收率在100%~101%。

The methylene -blue colorimetric method was adopted for determining the anionic surfactants in water, which has been recommended by the Water and Wastewater Monitoring Analysis Method ( supplement of the 4th e- dition). After the optimization of the experimental conditions, the relative error was 0. 5%, superior to the recommended value of 2. 0% by the method. The relative standard deviation ranged from 2. 1% to 2. 2%, superior to the recommended value of 2.3%. The recovery rate was from 100% to 101%.
