在《红楼梦》中,家法礼制随处可见,二者在维持贾府的日常运作中发挥着重要作用。抽象的礼制规范并不代表具体的生活,女性执掌家庭权力,盖过男权的现象并非个例,礼制异化在《红楼梦》中体现得尤为明显,从小说中能看出在礼制等级下家法执行的不平等,冠冕堂皇的礼法之下贾府主人们的虚伪面目与糜烂生活,连同家法的日益松弛,从而贾府的衰落也就成为了一种必然。
재《홍루몽》중,가법례제수처가견,이자재유지가부적일상운작중발휘착중요작용。추상적례제규범병불대표구체적생활,녀성집장가정권력,개과남권적현상병비개례,례제이화재《홍루몽》중체현득우위명현,종소설중능간출재례제등급하가법집행적불평등,관면당황적례법지하가부주인문적허위면목여미란생활,련동가법적일익송이,종이가부적쇠락야취성위료일충필연。
Family law and etiquette are accounted for great proportion in Dream of the Red Chamber.The regularly operation of the Jia Family relied on their family law.While,being affected by human relationship,the family law began to lose its constraint regularly.Abstract etiquette can＇t stand for real life,several women as Wang xifeng were in control of the family power,even their husbands had to submit to them,so the alienation of etiquette is an important topic in this novel.Furthermore,there are lots of disadvantages in tradition etiquette,such as unequal implement of family law influenced by etiquette,the falsehood and erosion of the masters of Jia Family which made the decline of the family inevitable.
