针对紫外光固化涂料存在与金属基材附着力差的问题,考察了如预聚体、活性稀释剂、附着力促进剂、固化工艺及预处理等因素对涂膜附着力的影响。试验及应用结果表明:合理搭配上述各因素能够有效改善涂膜对金属基材的附着力。
針對紫外光固化塗料存在與金屬基材附著力差的問題,攷察瞭如預聚體、活性稀釋劑、附著力促進劑、固化工藝及預處理等因素對塗膜附著力的影響。試驗及應用結果錶明:閤理搭配上述各因素能夠有效改善塗膜對金屬基材的附著力。

In the light of existing the problems that UV curing coatings have poor adhesion on metal substrate, the influences of prepolymer, active thinner, adhesion promoter, curing process and pretreatment etc. on the adhesion of film were researched. Results of the test showed that to collocate each of these factors reasonable will improve the adhesion between film and metal substrate.
