针对吐哈油田在深井钻井过程中,特别是遇到研磨性强的硬地层时钻井钻速低的问题,吐哈钻研院根据该油田的地层特点研制出了YDC-168型旋转冲击钻井工具。研究及实验结果表明,YDC-168型旋转冲击钻井工具对于研磨性强的硬地层机械钻速的提高具有一定效果,较好地解决了在钻井过程中遭遇研磨性强的硬地层钻速低的问题,对进一步研究具有指导意义,有良好的市场开发前景。
針對吐哈油田在深井鑽井過程中,特彆是遇到研磨性彊的硬地層時鑽井鑽速低的問題,吐哈鑽研院根據該油田的地層特點研製齣瞭YDC-168型鏇轉遲擊鑽井工具。研究及實驗結果錶明,YDC-168型鏇轉遲擊鑽井工具對于研磨性彊的硬地層機械鑽速的提高具有一定效果,較好地解決瞭在鑽井過程中遭遇研磨性彊的硬地層鑽速低的問題,對進一步研究具有指導意義,有良好的市場開髮前景。

In Tuba oilfield in deep well drilling, especially when encountering strong grinding of hard formation the drilling speed is very low. Tuha- Based Drilling Technology Research Institute developed the YDC- 168 rotary percussion drilling tool. In the grinding of hard formation, the tool is proved to be effective for drilling speed improvement. The study for the future in the grinding of hard strata drilling rate improvement has the very good instruction and broader expansion situation in the domestic development trend.
