    The PBL approach was applied into teaching to explore new ideas for the organic chemistry teaching reform in the pharmaceutical major.Through the anaysis of the investigation by questionaire,the PBL approach can arouse the students＇ devotion to study,heighten their interest in learning and then foster the students＇ abilities to study independently.
