以HS-10、鄂5、F、中3和PBT-20不同基因型马铃薯为材料,通过不同培养基配方研究离体条件下微型薯诱导的影响因子。结果表明:增加微型薯大薯率,以配方MS+8%蔗糖+5mg·L-1 6-BA+0.1%活性碳(液体培养基)为佳;增加微型薯结薯数量,MS+8%蔗糖+0.45%琼脂+4mg·L-1KT+0.1%活性碳为佳;香豆素对微型薯的诱导有促进作用;不同基因型材料在相同培养条件下微型薯生长状况有差异,相同基因型微型薯在不同培养条件下生长状况也存在差异。

Through adding different mass fraction of plant growth regulator to optimize the medium which is used to induce the microtuber of five genotype potatoes of H-10, E5, F, Zhong3, PBT-20. The result showed that the suitable medium to increase the rate of big microtuber was MS with 8% surcrose and 5 mg·L-1 6-BA and 0.1 % activated(liquid medium), MS with 8 % surcrose and 0.45% agar and 4 mg·L-1 KT and 0.1% activated-carbon was the best medium to increase the number of microtuber. Coumarin could promote the induction of microtuber. Different genotype microtubers induced by the same medium had difference in their growth sta- tus and so did the same genotype microtubers induced by different medium.
