针对新型直线电机运输系统的需求,设计了牵引变流器的结构,主电路和控制系统,并给出了相关器件的选型过程。根据直线电机的数学模型,变流器采用滑模变结构的间接矢量控制策略.实现对直线电机初级电流的快速控制。对变流器进行了满载实验考核,实验结果表明该变流器性能良好,工作稳定、可靠,满足新型直线电机运输系统的要求。
針對新型直線電機運輸繫統的需求,設計瞭牽引變流器的結構,主電路和控製繫統,併給齣瞭相關器件的選型過程。根據直線電機的數學模型,變流器採用滑模變結構的間接矢量控製策略.實現對直線電機初級電流的快速控製。對變流器進行瞭滿載實驗攷覈,實驗結果錶明該變流器性能良好,工作穩定、可靠,滿足新型直線電機運輸繫統的要求。

According to the needs of the novel linear motor transport system, the structure, the main circuit and the control system of traction converter was designed, and the process of device selection was shown. Indirect vector control method of sliding mode variable structure based on linear motor mathematical model was adopted, which can control the primary current of the linear motor quickly. Normal loading experiment was done. Experiment results showed that the traction converter has a stable, reliable performance which satisfies the demands of the novel linear motor transport system.
