Affinity chromatography is the most powerful tool for purification of biologically active molecules. This review is given on some typical kinds of affinity chromatography systems, and advantage and disadvantage of these systems. The application of purifying molecular and molecular structure is given in this paper. In addition some application examples are discussed and suggestions on improving the technique proposed.
