引入乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷(C-1706)对丙烯酸酯乳液进行改性,选用反应性乳化剂与阴离子乳化剂、非离子乳化剂复配,考察了乳化剂、有机硅单体、反应温度等因素对乳液的性能影响。通过测试乳液的固含量、吸水率、钙离子稳定性、机械稳定性、稀释稳定性、黏度及红外光谱来表征乳液的性能。结果表明:采用后交联的方法制备乳液,当乳化剂总量为4%,有机硅用量为15%时,乳液综合性能最佳。

인입을희기삼이병양기규완(C-1706)대병희산지유액진행개성,선용반응성유화제여음리자유화제、비리자유화제복배,고찰료유화제、유궤규단체、반응온도등인소대유액적성능영향。통과측시유액적고함량、흡수솔、개리자은정성、궤계은정성、희석은정성、점도급홍외광보래표정유액적성능。결과표명:채용후교련적방법제비유액,당유화제총량위4%,유궤규용량위15%시,유액종합성능최가。
Acrylic latex was modified by using vinyl isopropoxide silane (C-1706), reactive emulsifier, anionic emulsifier and non-ion emulsifier were blend together, the influence factors such as emulsifier, the amount of organosilicon monomer, reaction temperature were investigated. The performance of emulsion was characterized by test its solid content, water absorption, calcium stability, mechanical stability, dilution stability, viscosity and infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the latex performance is best with the post-crosslinking technology when emulsifying agent amount is 4% and organic silicon amount is 15%.
