农村养老保障制度是我国社会保障体系的重要组成部分。进入21世纪，中国养老保险面临严峻的挑战。不断出现的城镇养老基金缺口大、筹资难等问题，已使现有的养老保险制度力不从心；而农村传统的“家庭养老与土地保障”模式受到了市场经济的冲击。构建符合国情和深得人心的新的养老保险制度仍需完善，农村社会的养老保障问题显得尤为突出。结合调查数据，对中国农村养老保障制度的历史及现状进行分析、探讨，旨在为养老保险制度的发展提供思路。
農村養老保障製度是我國社會保障體繫的重要組成部分。進入21世紀，中國養老保險麵臨嚴峻的挑戰。不斷齣現的城鎮養老基金缺口大、籌資難等問題，已使現有的養老保險製度力不從心；而農村傳統的“傢庭養老與土地保障”模式受到瞭市場經濟的遲擊。構建符閤國情和深得人心的新的養老保險製度仍需完善，農村社會的養老保障問題顯得尤為突齣。結閤調查數據，對中國農村養老保障製度的歷史及現狀進行分析、探討，旨在為養老保險製度的髮展提供思路。

Rural old - age security system is an important part of China~ social security system. In the 21st century, China＇ s pension is facing severe challenges. Ever- emerging urban pension fund gap, difficult issues such as financing, have made the existing pension system to be inadequate;And rural traditional ＂family pension and land security＂ model is affected by the market economy. Building the new pension system in line with national conditions still needs to improve the situation; the rural social old - age security problem is particularly prominent. The goal of this thesis is to provide old - age insurance system development proposals through the analysis of China rural pension system＇ s history and status, combined with survey data.
