LAS是地表水和地下水水质的必测项目,国标(GB7494—87)方法操作复杂,要重复萃取四次后再洗涤,有机溶剂消耗量大,而且相当的耗时,本文通过同步实验对比与分析,得出:一次性加入20mL氯仿萃取加洗涤的方法其测定结果较好,而且极大地减轻了氯仿对分析人员身体的损害程度。测定结果有较好的精密度和准确度。本方法具有可观的经济性、安全性和可操作性。

LAS is a important indicator for the quality of surface water and groundwater. The national standard ( GB7494 - 87) method is complex, which had extracted four times before washing. It not only consumes large quantities organic solvent, but also wastes time. This paper has been supported by experiment comparison and data analysis, and it has concluded that the method which extracted by adding 20 mL chloroform and washed by chloroform simultaneously not only has advantage on determination results, but also greatly reduces the damage for analysis people. This method has better precision and accuracy, and has considerable economic, safety and maneuverability.
