以某4110柴油机螺旋气道为参照，利用CATIA软件正向建立了螺旋进气道－气门－气缸的三维模型，然后用starccm＋对模型进行网格划分边界设定，对不同的气门升程进行了数值模拟，得到缸内流场的详细信息，并同稳流试验进行对比。为螺旋气道开发提供新的正向方法，有着重要的工程意义。

Based on a 4110 diesel engine＇ s helical port, this paper uses CATIA to set up helical port-valve-cylinder 3D model, then uses star-ccm＋ to plot model＇ s gridding, enactment boundary, numerical simulation of different lifts, which gets particular information of airflow in the cylinder, and then it is compared with steady flow test. It provides a new positive way to empolder helical port, which has very important meaning in engineering.
