以蚕可(Vicla faba L.)为试验材料,设置免耕和翻耕两种耕作条件,测定蚕豆复叶小叶的叶绿素含量.结果表明:翻耕条件下蚕豆复叶各小叶叶绿素含量比免耕条件下高.两种耕作条件下,花后叶绿素含量表现为先升高后降低的趋势,最高值在结果初期,免耕值为35.77,翻耕值为39.03;开花期、结果初期和结果中期叶片叶绿素含量值日变化均呈“双峰”形,但峰值出现的时间存在差异.

Taking Viola faba L. as researching materials, the Chlorophyll Content of lTicia faba L. Leaves was investi- gated under the two different farming conditions of tillage and non-tillage. The resuhs showed the chlorophyll content under tillage farming was higher than under non-tiilage farming. During /he flowering, the early and middle fruiting period, the changing curves of the leaf chlorophyll content all take the shape of the double peak regardless of what farming mehtods is actually applied, yet the peak value appears at quite different times.
