通过在杀菌机喷淋水中添加一定浓度的微生物抑制剂,研究其对污染微生物的抑制效果。结果表明,微生物抑制剂对试验选用的7种不同菌株都有不同程度的杀灭和抑制作用。不同浓度有着不同的抑制效果,生产中使用100mg/L就可以达到抑菌效果。

Microbial inhibitors of certain concentration were added in spraying water for sterilization machine to study their inhibitory effects on contaminated microbes. The results suggested that microbial inhibitors could inhibit or kill seven different bacteria strains to different degrees in the experiments and microbial inhibitors of different concentration had different inhibitory effects. In practice, microbial inhibitors with its con- centration as 100 mg/L could achieve satisfactory inhibitory effects.
