为促进广西专利事业健康快速发展,采用统计方法分析了广西专利发展现状及其特征,归纳出制约广西专利发展的主要因素,最后提出促进广西专利发展的战略对策,认为可以采取的主要战略对策是加强专利工作组织领导和宣传教育,着力提升区域自主创新能力,完善地方性专利法规政策和知识产权管理制度,加强知识产权服务体系建设。

In order to promote the development of Guangxi patent undertaking healthily and rapidly,we statistically analyze the status and the features of Guangxi patent,summarize the main factors that hinder the development of Guangxi patent,and propose the strategic countermeasures for the development of Guangxi patent.We affer the following the major strategic measures：strengthening the leadership and the publicized education,enhancing the regional innovation capacity,improving regional patent policy and intellectual property management system,and strengthening the construction of intellectual property service.
