The ralationship of the instrumental error,instrumental error distribution probability density function and class B standard uncertainty is illustrated in this paper.The initialization idea of instrumental error distribution probability density function based on the fact and the error estimate method is presented.The real class B standard uncertainty is achieved in this study.
