目的探讨动态心电图对变异型心绞痛的诊断价值.方法选取60例确诊为变异型心绞痛的患者做常规12导联同步心电图及12导联动态心电图进行24h监测,同时书写完整的动态心电图生活日志,记录ST段改变情况及当时有无心绞痛症状进行比较分析.结果常规心电图与动态心电图对ST段、T波改变及各种心律失常的阳性检出率分别为11.3%和78.6%,两者差异具有非常显著性.结论动态心电图提高了对变异型心绞痛的检出率,对临床诊断和治疗有更重要的指导性意义.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic values of dynamic electrocardiogram（DCG）in variant angina pectoris.Methods Monitor 60 patients who had been diagnosed as variant angina pectoris with 12-lead routine ECG and 12-lead DCG for 24 hs.With 12-lead DCG monitoring,the patients were recorded complete log of the DCG simultaneously.To compare and analyze the ST segment variation,T wave variation and whether there was angina pectoris at that time were recorded as well.Results Positive detection rate of ST segment variation,T wave variation and various arrhythmias by ECG and DCG were 11.3% and 78.6% respectively.The date had significant difference.Conclusions DCG improves the detection rate of variant angina pectoris so it is more important for the diagnosis and treatment of variant angina pectoris.
